Four films starring the famous Asta Nielsen have been restored or reconstructed and released in this PAL DVD collection by the Deutsche Kinemathek through Edition Filmmuseum.

The films are accompanied by music scores performed by Maud Nelissen.

Supplementary material includes a 12-page trilingual (German, English and French) insert booklet.
